I was with them for about 8-9 months until I lost my insurance and didn’t want to take me on self pay. The Dr I was seeing was helpful and kind but he would get annoyed with me cause the meds weren’t working. It wasn’t my fault everyone is different. They just like gave up on me and told me I needed a higher level of care. I mean how does a doctor just give up and say idk what to do figure it out or “find a higher level of care”. Just not professional in my opinion made my mental health journey even worse or stressed out because of it.

It’s really hard to find good mental health care these days. Especially in NWI.

It's unfortunate that there are some really good people that work for this unorganized, lazy, joke of a company. A 9 year old could handle scheduling better than anyone that ever worked there. If you want to switch psychiatrist/psychologist within the clinic, it's treated as if you're starting all over again with a new company, so there's no real benefit for going to Clarity Clinic. Go somewhere else or to an independent provider instead.

I feel the quality of care here is better than anywhere else. I’ve had bad luck with doctors (psychiatrists and other specialists) but Ava really renewed my faith that people go into the mental health field to help people and not just for the money. She listened to everything I had to say, let me talk and didn't interrupt me, and gave me her concerns but also trusted my judgement as well. I really like Ava and I hope she stays around because I don't wanna keep switching doctors

Maria is amazing, she is very attentive and understanding. She’s been my therapist since freshman year. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Christina is also a fantastic psychiatrist. She doesn’t just prescribe medication but she is a great listener. She will also make sure you know what’s best for you. I’m glad I have someone who is willing to be my friends and make sure that I can live my best life. :)
