Studies have shown that sharing thoughts and feelings in a group setting reduces loneliness and isolation and can be extremely effective in facilitating healing. Based on the work and research of Brené Brown, this highly experiential workshop provides ways to live a wholehearted, authentic life, developing daily practices of courage that transform the way you live, lead and love. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness and examine thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are holding us back.
Mindfulness & Meditation
Studies have shown that mindfulness meditation can reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure and improve your overall well-being. This group will teach mindfulness through meditation, group discussion and interaction to help participants to respond differently to anxiety and stress.
Looking for ways to reconnect and communicate more effectively with your partner? This group focuses on communication, conflict resolution and intimacy and will include practice and resources for building a healthier, more secure relationship.
