Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment between the client and provider that allows for a safe, non-judgement space to process thoughts, feelings and emotions.
People seek psychotherapy as an adult for a number of different reasons - life transitions, past traumas, grief, relationship concerns parenting struggles, to name a few, that contribute to mental health symptoms. Additionally, many mental health disorders present themselves in adulthood, such as mood disorders, schizophrenia and substance abuse.

Clarity Clinic takes a goal-directed approach to individual counseling. In our adult therapy sessions, we work with each client to identify and assess their unique needs to work toward higher levels of self-awareness + optimize their quality of life.
Seeking therapy is a brave and courageous form of self-care and finding the right therapist is key to feeling seen and heard. Search our provider list to learn more about specialities and treatment modalities.
