Sydney is an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist. Sydney works with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as families and couples.
Sydney utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that combines Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy to foster a compassionate, creative, judgment-free space for her clients to explore their stories, strengthen their voices and empower authorship of their own lives.
