Radmila is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in substance and alcohol abuse, mood, and anxiety disorders, as well as those struggling with trauma, grief, and loss, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. Radmila also has experience in parent training, family behavior plans, and working with families adjusting to parenting roles. Radmila works with children, adolescents, adults, as well as families and couples.
Radmila utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT techniques, as well as trauma-focused and developmental strategies, to help cultivate a therapeutic alliance that helps chip away ingrained learning and triggers that are uncomfortable to reveal a more authentic self.
Ramila is also trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) (this will link to a therapy description under “therapy descriptions section), a short-term therapy approach used to treat trauma and PTSD.
Radmila earned her Master's from Purdue University Northwest and is currently working toward a substance abuse certification.
