Gardenia specializes in treating depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and attachment-related challenges. She customizes each treatment plan using evidence-based approaches that best support her clients' goals and unique experiences.
For couples, Gardenia utilizes the Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). When working with individuals and families, she incorporates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Structural Family Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to foster healing, resilience, and lasting change.
Gardenia earned her Master's degree from Purdue University in 2021 and is passionate about helping clients build healthier relationships and lead more fulfilling lives.
