Erin specializes in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction having extensive training in Mindfulness modalities. Additionally, Erin has been trained in the Mindfulness in the Classroom program and has taught Mindfulness skills to elementary students and teachers in the Northwest Indiana area. Erin also facilitates an 8-week Mindfulness class several times throughout the year.
Erin is a Certified Daring Way™ therapist, who is trained in the work by Dr. Brene’ Brown and explores with clients how to live wholeheartedly through shame, resilience and vulnerability.
Erin holds a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University Northwest.
