Some conditions with which he has treatment experience are addiction, ADHD, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, major neurocognitive disorder (dementia), OCD, personality disorders, PTSD, and schizophrenia, as well as other mental disorders and comorbid conditions.
Phillips received his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Rush University. He has nursing experience in inpatient psychiatry and medical-surgical nursing, and provider experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry.
