    Alexia is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and provides therapy to couples, individuals, and families. Alexia addresses issues including, but not limited to, communication difficulties, life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and grief.

    Alexia takes a relational approach that honors each client’s needs. Through this lens Alexia ensures treatment is trauma-informed and empowers clients to discover their inner strengths. Alexia is passionate about working with LGBTQA+ folks and clients in polyamorous relationships. Alexia implements a variety of systemic approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Alexia has received Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

    Alexia received her M.S. in Couple and Family Therapy at Purdue University Northwest. Alexia received her B.A. in Psychology at Northern Illinois University.
